Formed in the Finnish city of Tampere in the end of 2012, four-headed Rivefell matured slowly its debut album and released self-published piece “The White Crown of Thorns” in 2017. Originally major part of the band is from Hämeenlinna and they grew up in same choir cliques and neighbourhoods. Tuukka Savimäki (vocals, guitar), Kaarle Putti (guitar), Sami-Matti Pesonen (bass) and Kimmo Kellberg (drums) ended up studying in the same city. One by one they started jam along and Rivefell was founded. The music is a combination of both lighter and heavier tones, which includes harmonies and progressive rhythms.
