Roadrunner Polo

Born and raised in a small city right outside of Los Angeles, Roadrunner Polo quickly became a hometown known name. In 2016, he debuted his career on soundcloud with his single titled “Bricks”. At that point in time, he was going under the stage name Polo Jay. He then followed up with his soundcloud charting single, “Randy Moss”. Which at the time, caught the attention of his whole high school and even more, accounting for 21,000 streams 3 days after release. Plenty of singles followed afterwards, but at some point, Roadrunner Polo took some time off of music to focus on mental health issues. He then returned in 2018 with his hometown popular single, “Solar Polar Intro” which was a single released a week prior to his first mixtape, “Solar Polar”. Following that was a collaboration mixtape in 2019 with his longtime friend/brother, Jay2k, called Bag Boy Season. After that, Polo decided it was time for a name change. There was never a time Polo could just hang around and relax for hours on end, he always had something to do. Friends would oftenly joke about the term “roadrunner” as he was always on the road. He then decided to go with that as his artist name, & considering everyone around him already referred to him as “Polo” due to Polo Jay, he decided to stick with Polo at the end of Roadrunner, thus creating Roadrunner Polo. From that point on, he was relentless. He went on to release 8+ singles & 4 mixtapes, flooding the Whittier streets with music. The rest is history.
