Rob Dobson is a New Orleans-born, California and Virginia-raised, Los Angeles-based musician, producer, and mastering engineer. His upcoming album, Be Easy, resumes the Americana-with-synths direction of his first record, New Dystopia (2020), while still including moments of groove-based jamming a la his most recent album, Virginia Slim Comes Riding In (2022). Like New Dystopia, Be Easy features drummer Kosta Galanopolous (<a href="spotify:artist:64ucpxkeLwoyiLViMhBR3v" data-name="PWNT">PWNT</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4xU7M9wEvpnvkNOyPdVi5y" data-name="RIO KOSTA">RIO KOSTA</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:1bNgeTuV3MlkAq64Ybvcq5" data-name="Delicate Steve">Delicate Steve</a>), as well as guitar work from Davin Givhan (<a href="spotify:artist:3nkAkeT6ArvZZHEy4XllHR" data-name="Detangler">Detangler</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2OYDcH3MLWeNjj7gQVUbEF" data-name="Chris Cohen">Chris Cohen</a>). Be Easy comes out on October 25th via WarHen Records.
