Robbie Pawns

I am a Florida artist based in Gainesville. I taught myself how to produce music to have as much creative liberty as possible. I love playing with different sounds and making songs that I’d want to hear. I’ve been making music since I was able to think; always making up songs in my head.

I started making YouTube parodies in 6th grade. They have since been taken down, (a tragedy i know) but posting on YouTube at a young age unveiled my passion for editing and performing. I intend to push the boundaries of what I can create and produce with what little I have; not only with music, but music videos and short films as well. (@robbiepawns on YT! 😝🤓😉)

This album “Building Up Hopes,” came to me after a long break from song writing. I sat down at my computer with some lyrics in my head and after what felt like a 10 minutes a song was fully made. I listened to it back and had an epiphany, it was like I had put all the pieces of a puzzle together. I realized that all the other songs I had written the year before belonged in a cohesive story. They all had the same message in different fonts. Exploring themes of obsession, unrequited love, and existentialism; with a ringing moral of self reflection and liberation. I’m very excited to share my vision with all of you. The ideas that live in my head crave to be visible and I want to thank each and everyone of you who has listened to my music and also read my bio ;) that’s some pretty cool behavior you got going on.😎
