When did I take an interest in music? I started singing from a young age but in my teens I realised songwriting is actually a fun hobby & surprisingly therapeutic, so I pursued it from there. Being musical runs in the family, my dad plays the piano 24/7 (no exaggeration), so I think that's where I get my interest in music from


Songwriting process? I usually write my songs based on a title. So, what’s better than using catchy idioms that everyone already knows like <a href="spotify:track:5pr0y2jZ2VPfLWOvU7Prwt" data-name="All Good Things">All Good Things</a> or <a href="spotify:album:5zeHZoJdOmZWBEu07aGHGr" data-name="Heat of the Moment">Heat of the Moment</a>. I try to listen to as many genres &amp; find many sounds from each style, then see if I can work them into my songs. Old music &amp; new, nothing is off-limits. If it’s got an instrument I’ll probably like it; I could be jumping around to a drum &amp; bass beat one moment or tearing up to an epic scene from a film soundtrack the next


Favourite solo artist? Me (obvs) Don’t believe me? Ok then probably <a href="spotify:artist:6KImCVD70vtIoJWnq6nGn3" data-name="Harry Styles">Harry Styles</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6eUKZXaKkcviH0Ku9w2n3V" data-name="Ed Sheeran">Ed Sheeran</a> &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:7J77vP6EbI63lB3snZeRj4" data-name="Dick Dale &amp; His Del-Tones">Dick Dale &amp; His Del-Tones</a> but they’re a few off my gigantic list of favourite artists...it’s the length of the Magna Carta no lie!
