Robert Mosci is a featured pianist & singer at NYC’s legendary Bemelmans Bar at The Carlyle Hotel.
Known for his sensitive vocal and piano interpretations of pop standards and original songs, he has attracted a large and loyal following.
Mosci’s newest release is Reflected Back, featuring Robert and band performing a collection of 10 songs by platinum selling songwriter Hugh Prestwood. It will be available on April 15th.
He’s recorded 7 CDs of original music and pop standards, several of which have received national radio airplay. Mosci's critically acclaimed official music videos on YouTube: HD World and Our America.
Born in New York City, Robert mastered an eclectic array of instruments and musical styles by his teens, playing classical bassoon with several orchestras (including performances with Stokowski and Ormandy), and performed as a keyboard player, blues harpist, and singer with local NYC bands.
Studying jazz and popular music at Boston’s Berklee College of Music, he honed his skills as a pianist and added saxophone to his instrumental credits.
Back in New York, he played regularly on the Greenwich Village club scene. He began performing at many of the city’s nightspots, and became the resident musician for 15 years at the Beekman Tower’s famed art-deco room, the Top Of The Tower.
Robert has composed and recorded several sports music themes, including a theme purchased by a major New York baseball franchise.
