RODAN

RODAN is a good-hearted young singer-songwriter, busker and also a college student with a passion for football. He drew significant attention to himself for the first time at the turn of 2020 and 2021 when he succeeded in radio charts with his debut single Gone. The success of Gone subsequently earned him a nomination for Discovery of the Year 2021 in the Europe 2 awards and inclusion among the 50 new talents of Czech music according to the renowned music magazine Headliner. This barely 20-year-old musician who gained his first music experience through street busking confirmed his great potential in mid-2022 with his debut album Glasses Off, produced by Jan Čechtický (Ohm Square).


Rodan´s new single Introvert Party Club has been selected to the national round of the Eurovision Song Contest in a competition of more than one hundred and seventy recordings. The song was written with the trio of Jan Vávra (CZ), Joe Dolman (GB) and Jeppe Engelbrecht Appel (DK) during the last autumn's Songwriting camp. Introvert Party Club thus combines the essence of pure songwriting with the best of contemporary pop music without suffering from the ills of pop music superficiality.
