Growing up in a heavily music-based environment, Roelyn was exposed to every type of sound, developing a true passion for music.
She began singing by age 3 & by 6, she was reading music & playing the piano.
Roelyn studied Music Industry Arts at Algonquin College & started writing her own lyrics as of 2011.

She went on to become a member of the Recording Academy of America, attending the 55th annual Grammy Awards in L.A., followed by an internship with Indie Pool Music. 

Roelyn landed her 1st global feature in 2020, on Nic Grhymes' pandemic track “9and3mi6,” along with Sir Jax & eventually released her debut single “My Type” ft. Nic Grhymes July 2021, getting recognition on Hip Hop Canada.

She collabed with Nic Grhymes once again in 2022 on his latest mixtape & released "All In Stride".

Valentines Day 2023, Roelyn released her 1st solo track "Addiction" - it achieved the #1 spot on the Top 10 Countdown for Hollywood's Indie Music Channel's Radio Cafe Show 2x & was on the countdown for 20 weeks straight.
It won Best Pop Song at the IMC Awards, in Hollywood!

She released her 3rd single "Love You (All That She Wants) in May 2023 & reached #1 & #2 on Urban & Hip Hop Charts.

She just dropped her favourite single "Fast Carrrz" featuring Nic Grhymes on August 23rd & says it's truly a piece of her soul!

Roelyn's sound is evolving & she is working towards her first album "triggeRWarning" & loving every minute of the creative process!
