Rolav is a Kurdish singer, who was born in the city of Kobani, in western Kurdistan, and grew up Aleppo (Syria).
In 2014 she officially started working in Kurdish music, and established a musical band in Aleppo, and recorded her first song "Oy Yare" , which was the reason for the success of the band, as Rolav had a large audience, which made it possible to continue her music career grew stronger and stronger. Consequently, she updated many popular Kurdish songs and these songs were distributed in a special musical style, which made it enjoy a larger audience from all four aspects of Kurdistan.
She has participated in many official events and festivals.
In 2019, due to the war in Syria, Rolav was forced to move to live in Germany and continue her life there.
She resides now in Hanover, where she works on continuing her music career and completing her studies in architecture.
