In a pursuit to find his own sound Rome Jaxx is not afraid to experiment.Coming from a house hold where R&B and hip hop was played frequently as a child this moulded Romes taste for music.Although a rapper by default he can’t hide his love for melodies and singing this is where his mantra “R&B singer trapped in a rappers body” comes from.
Born in the Eastern Cape,South Africa. Rome Jaxx moved to the United Kingdom at a young age where he settled in Essex. He’s primary music influences at the time was American however he had to adjust to the new sound he was exposed to “Grime”. This again moulded his flow and cadence,Rome Jaxx has a story to tell and with in his music you get a feel of his sense of humour and character.
