Greek Songwriter and Vocalist Roney K introduces herself in the music industry by releasing her debut single ''Brainwash'' . She invites listeners to a pop journey, conveying with this song, the feelings of fear and desire that we as human beings experience when we are trapped in a false identity. Inspired by her greek roots she brings to life the story of ''Medusa'', not only impersonating her in the artwork, but also pointing a great parallelism to the meaning of the song. Coming from a restricted family background with little to no means, she was dedicated to her craft, practicing every day developing her technique and finally being able to write her own music in her own terms. She is focused on storytelling in her songwriting skills as she aspires to connect with her audience at a deeper level. Getting the attention of the guitarist of Teddy Swims, Addy Maxwell, to one of her covers on Instagram, encouraged her even more to stay in her path and continue to write songs in the English language by chasing after her big dreams.
