RopV, or Chase Duff, is an aspiring Hip-Hop artist/musician. He is from Bossier City, LA and began his career in his hometown. He is a member of the Hip-Hop group Basement Productions, which also includes Malibu (Ethan Barrier) and Joekcer (Noah Albright). He has also participated in the creation of local hits such as Band Man and Rap Cap.
