Rosanna Ferro is a singer-songwriter and composer who fuses classical piano, lush harmonies, vintage ’80s pop, and modern musical theatre into her own vibrant world of melodic storytelling.
A Berklee College of Music graduate, Rosanna began composing at age four after falling in love with the sound of her mother playing a mahogany Wurlitzer spinet piano. Raised on Verdi, Puccini, Mozart, Chopin, and the power vocals of Heart, Stevie Nicks, Pat Benatar, Queen, and Carole King, her music naturally evolved into a blend of emotion, drama, and timeless melody.
Her career led her to New York City, where she composed musicals at the prestigious BMI Musical Theatre Workshop, performed original work in Times Square, and had a full musical staged reading in Greenwich Village.
Most recently, Rosanna wrote the score for a new children’s musical with the Emmy Award winning TIGER company at Plymouth State University … a show now touring more than 100 schools in the 2025–2026 season to help students cope with anxiety, stress, and bullying.
Now in her middle-age chapter, Rosanna writes from a deeper, lived-in perspective … crafting songs for people who have survived heartbreak, transformation, and reinvention, and who still believe in following the life they dreamed of. Her music is a refuge for anyone who needs encouragement, connection, and a reminder that they belong.
