Rosie Marie Brown was started in 2022 as the solo project of Berlin-based singer-songwriter Isabelle "Rosie" Brown (CH/USA), born in the mountains of the quaint Rhine Valley in Switzerland. Her songs are candid letters that have not been sent, the soul-stripping, fearless expression of a chronically introverted human being. Deeply influenced by all matters of Rock, 70s Folk and Indie artists, Rosie's music can be described as indie-inspired folk, silently pregnant with the blues. Sometimes melancholic, sometimes angry, sometimes sad, always captivating. In 2024, her partner Tom Bensley (AUS) joined on the Bass Guitar and the two are currently working on more songs.
