ROU (pronounced “Rō”)
A producer and singer-songwriter from Kumamoto, Japan, ROU began his full-scale music career in 2018. In recent years, he has not only produced for other artists but also taken full creative control of his own work—writing lyrics, composing, arranging, and producing the majority of his tracks.
His music is rooted in hip-hop, infused with elements of J-POP and R&B, creating a distinctive and genre-blending style that leaves a lasting impression.
Currently, ROU is working on a full-length album set to be released in 2025
