The trio rove hails from the Netherlands. Its signature sound straddles indie, experimental, and neo-prog rock genres roving across styles and moods without surrendering to any one of them. Rove's intelligent and eclectic rock fuses existential despair, benign rage, hopeful melancholy, and mellow edginess.

Rove released their debut EP "Into the Fold" in October 2021. Recorded mainly during the n-th Coronavirus lockdown, the four tracks take you on a journey through the perilous landscape of disrupted interpersonal and societal relationships. The band delivers its emancipatory message by singing personal crises and vicarious experiences of deprivation into the universal choir of protest against political unfreedom, systemic oppression, distributive inequalities, intergenerational inequities, and climate injustice.
