RoyalBaby Bonds is quickly becoming one of Philly’s most intriguing new voices in hip-hop. His journey began at 13, recording music in his bedroom with a Gateway computer and a karaoke machine. When his parents told him he couldn’t write anymore, he responded by taping a poem to his bedroom door—an early sign that nothing could silence his creativity. Before teaming up with super producer Pop Wansel, Bonds was already crafting his unique sound. He first grabbed the spotlight with his unforgettable verse on “Get Focused Vol 1,” where he famously removed the wires from his fractured jaw just to deliver a performance. He’s since released two standout tracks, “Bluefaces” and “Footwork,” in collaboration with Kevin Gates’ DJ, BWA Ron. His latest project, NFMD , dives deep into his journey, turning his struggles into a true work of art.
