West Midland's based singer/rapper <a href="spotify:artist:7lkMTaMNJzsRyHSUMOS9nQ" data-name="Rtist">Rtist</a> combines both his Caribbean and African influence to create Afro infuesed rap and R&B music.
Raised in Birmingham, Rtist was inspired by a range of Caribbean and British artists. Rtist started rapping in early secondary school years.
Rtist began to pursue a music career June 2019, after being influenced by artists such as <a href="spotify:artist:1q4putin60VdRXfDSTl5f3" data-name="IMRHAN">IMRHAN</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:2jku7tDXc6XoB6MO2hFuqg" data-name="Tory Lanez">Tory Lanez</a>. Since then Rtist has managed to successfully reach a few achievements such as his debut single 'Motherland' being aired on BBC West Midlands Introducing 95.6, a substantial amount of online press by blogs such as GRM Daily and most importantly growth both as an artist and a person.
