Dj Ruben Da Cruz is the most promising and music producer and entertainer.
Ruben Da Cruz was born on November 22, 1986 in Lisbon.
The son of a Portuguese mother and an Angolan father, he grew up in an environment where music and dance were a constant - and soon became his two great passions.
He spent his childhood listening to Bob Marley for days; admiring Michael Jackson and imitating his dance moves.
In 2010 it launched its production company, Black Diamond in Lisbon.
The success was huge: it hired dozens of renowned Portuguese and international DJs and artists, organized parties and events from north to south of the country,as in Africa
Dj Da Cruz began to take an interest in Djing and try it out at his events.
He asked the artists to play and quickly began receiving invitations to perform on his own behalf.
In 2013 decided to take this new passion seriously and took the DJ course in Lisbon.
From then on he started working regularly as a DJ. Between 2014 and 2019, he worked from north to south of Portugal (Islands), Spain, Switzerland, Brazil, Mozambique and Angola. In the sets, he considers himself above all a World Music DJ (Afro house, hip-hop, r & b, dance hall).
Nowadays it is said an entertainer, more than a DJ; because in sets there is an MC side, host, artist and a Dance strand.
In 2019 he decided to start producing his own themes with the participation of Portuguese and international artists.
