Ruby's Pop Pop

Ruby's Pop Pop is a Missouri native and has been singing since the age of 2. He's had no formal training, and states that he didn't even sing in front of people until his junior year in high school when he finally joined the choir at the urging of a friend.
He says of himself, "It took a long time for me to find my unique voice. I am a good mimic, but it's just not as fulfilling as being your own thing."
After graduating, he made a few attemps at getting a band or project together with no real success. "I made some good music with some great musicians, but it just never got anywhere."
As the story often goes, life happened and dreams of a career in music stayed dreams. "I made the difficult choice to focus on a sure thing and provide for my family. I did manage to squeak out a bachelor's degree, which is something I just felt I needed to do."
Fast forward a few years and life got simpler. Now an empty-nester, Pop says he's had time to do many things he's always wanted to do including learning how to work on cars, make online content and get some music on Spotify!
