Ashfaqul Bari Rumon (fondly known as Rumon) is a well known Bangladeshi singer-songwriter. He is the frontman of the band- 'PARTHIBO'. He has been working in the music industry of Bangladesh for about three decades and won a number of significant awards like 'Best Solo' & 'Best Lyricist' in Benson & Hedges Star Search Competition back in 2002. He has also won the 'Best Band' awards in Channel I Music awards (a prestigious and only music awards in Bangladesh) with his band in 2005 & 2017. He is also a member of the Music Composers Association of Bangladesh (MCSB), GeetiKobi Sangha (Lyricists Association of Bangladesh) and BAMBA (Bangladesh Musical Bands Association).
Besides a number of releases from the band, Rumon has also started his solo venture in 2022 and been releasing songs more often.
