RunTown was an acoustic folk duo formed in 2007 by <a href="spotify:artist:39ACamh6q6xrXiFNiTfZUv" data-name="Adam Townsend">Adam Townsend</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:3hxiRARdd061memAexkCHt" data-name="Jon Runion">Jon Runion</a>. Playing a string of shows over the years, in between Tucson and San Diego, it was always just a fun hobby. What began as a simple songwriting & DIY home recording project, eventually led to the release of those DIY songs in their album, <a href="spotify:album:0LomI3taFdh8KLDAxwaqJo" data-name="From the Keys to the Strings">From the Keys to the Strings</a>. Although RunTown is a thing of the past, the musical journey's of both Adam and Jon are still moving forward.
<a href="spotify:artist:3hxiRARdd061memAexkCHt" data-name="Jon Runion">Jon Runion</a> released his solo debut album <a href="spotify:album:0WP8UBMY271bk3gpsyPUDJ" data-name="Breathe Easy">Breathe Easy</a> in 2013 and has shared the stage with artists like <a href="spotify:artist:5Wfvw7rDz7HA6gE2z6QhqO" data-name="JOSEPH">JOSEPH</a>. He’s been involved in several other projects over the years including <a href="spotify:artist:5udD4FOrHjJmtoATKPOUZq" data-name="The Calico Kids">The Calico Kids</a>.

He recorded his debut record in Nashville, and partnered with Grammy nominated producer Andrija Tokic, who has worked with artists like <a href="spotify:artist:16GcWuvvybAoaHr0NqT8Eh" data-name="Alabama Shakes">Alabama Shakes</a>, & <a href="spotify:artist:099toTcKJoywTosZr2hHjy" data-name="Langhorne Slim">Langhorne Slim</a>. He later had a song placed in the hit Netflix show Ginny & Georgia.
