Rūta Dūduma

Rūta Dūduma - laureate of several international jazz competitions, soloist in the vocal group FRAMEST and the Musical Association ''Vintaza''.


Rūta has successfully proven herself by taking part in variety of music events, she is the 1st place winner of Nomme Jazz Estonia (2013), finalist in Riga Jazz Stage (2014 and 3rd place in 2018), participant in numerous music shows: The Talent of Latvia-2(2008), Choir Wars-2(2009), Singing Families-2(2010), My Golden Song(2011), Eurovision Song Contest of 2012, 2013 and 2016 and prestigious music festivals, such as: Kaunas Jazz (Lithuania), Turku Jazz (Finland), Juu Jaab (Estonia), Rīgas Ritmi (Latvia), Jazz ’n Chisinau (Moldova) etc.


After the graduation of Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music Rūta is continuously developing her music skills within the vocal jazz goup FRAMEST, participating in various musicals and theatrical performances as well as giving vocal lessons. Additionally the new singer has preserved valuable expierence by collaborating with the most outstanding Latvian musicians: Raimonds Pauls, Intars Busulis, Latvijas Radio big band and many more.
