What exactly do I say here? Hi, I’m Ry Riches. Born and raised in Toronto into an academically driven family that made it out of one of the roughest parts of the city. I knew at an early age that I was more of a creative than an academic, does that make me the black sheep of my family? I guess so. My early musical influence came from artists like Jay-Z, 2Pac and Micheal Jackson. My first releases are hugely influenced by Juice Wrld (R.I.P.). He inspired me to express myself through an alternative hip hop sound. I wouldn't put myself in any genre musically as you can expect to see many different types of sounds from my future releases.
