Country music duo Ryan and Rory “are bursting onto the scene” (Country Swag). Named SiriusXM The Highway’s latest “Highway Find,” their party-starter “Pour Decisions” nods to the universal heartache band-aid and launched their self-titled debut EP. Ryan Follesé is a Nashville native and 2X PLATINUM #1 hit singer-songwriter, while Rory John Zak is a multi-instrumentalist from Raleigh, NC, who’s played over 300 shows a year since he was 17. They’ve opened for Sam Hunt, Jamey Johnson, and Tyler Braden. Ryan co-wrote all six tracks, with Rory adding masterful instrumentals and smooth harmonies to Ryan’s robust lead vocals. The EP features their vivacious anthem alongside standout “This Town,” hailed by Billboard as a “must-hear” new country song. After making their Grand Ole Opry debut on Dec. 7, the duo is back in the studio. They closed out 2024 with the nostalgic “Heaven’s Got A Country Station” and revved up more than engines with “Truck Stop.” Sharing everything—down to their last name—Ryan and Rory drop their latest, “What’s Mine Is Yours,” and hit the road this spring across the US and Canada with select dates opening for ACM Award winner Brett Young.
