Ryan Rutledge

Ryan Rutledge sometimes known as his stage name ‘DJ’ was born and raised in Pell City, Alabama. Ryan began working on music in 2023 where he was simply just making beats then in 2024 he began actually recording music. His music career took off in February 2025 when his song. ‘Got The Bail’ played at the WIS Homecoming Event. After that, he released the song as a single and began releasing other singles, which led up to his first debut studio album. ‘Gotta Start Young’ the album was recorded at Quantum Records in Sylacauga, Alabama and was produced by Ryan mostly the album featured the track entitled ‘Onnat’ which took a sample from Against The Fakes song ‘Onnat (double a mix)’ released in the year 2000 the sample was cleared by Los Skillz a member of the group. Ryan returned to Quantum Records to record his second studio album, entitled. ‘America’ the album featured mostly Gotta Start Young left overs and also had new tracks, including one that featured the number one independent Spanish artist in Birmingham, Alabama. Ryan Rutledge is now working with Buffalo, New York artist ‘Colasil’ and Huntsville, Alabama producer ‘Dub Cook’ to release his next studio album ‘Impeachment’ coming soon later in 2026.
