Ryan Trimble is a recording artist and filmmaker from Southeast Texas. Having grown up in a music minister's home, it was only a matter of time before Ryan would get serious about it himself. As a teenager, he recorded music with his brother, Anthony Trimble, and together they won the band category for the North American Youth Congress Talent Search.
After college, Ryan focused on filmmaking and writing, and got married to Anna Trimble. They now have three children, Ava, George and Owen. He received a Telly Award for the 2018 documentary film, "I Am Global: Haiti Edition."
During the heat of the 2020 pandemic, Ryan released his first single, "Seasons," which features an Andy Ferguson guitar solo. The next song, "Silver Lining" (2020), is an up-tempo, early 80s vibe. "Prodigal" (2021) presents a moody, night-drive aesthetic, from the perspective of the father in Jesus' prodigal son parable. His latest release, "Blue Miami Sky" (2022), is a reflection on the importance of getting away to hear God's voice, and features Landry Cantrell.
