S. Fluid

A native of Dallas, Texas, S. Fluid's love for music took root from an early age, when his mom would gift him CDs, sparking a creative spark that continues to burn bright. Though shy as a youth, he found his voice through freestyling cyphers with cousins. After relocating to Houston for college, he immersed himself in the local spoken word poetry scene, honing his lyrical skills and storytelling prowess. His powerful performances earned awards from the NAACP and opportunities like opening for renowned comic Ali Siddiq.

Now residing in Las Vegas, S. Fluid has spent the past 15 years transitioning from poetry to songwriting, crafting uplifting, positive messages informed by life's trials and triumphs. Inspired by Bruce Lee's iconic quote "Be Water," he strives to "go with the flow" through life's ebbs and surges while making his flows as smooth as water itself. Dubbed "The Overcomer," his versatile style weaves together influences like Lil Wayne, T.I., Kanye West and Lauryn Hill into a refreshingly authentic artistic vision. Whether wrestled from personal failures or fueled by athletic perseverance, S. Fluid's music inspires hope and resilience.
