S13, born as Mohamed Ben Chekroun on October 7, 1998, in Tangier, Morocco, embarked on a diverse musical journey influenced by his parents' Moroccan traditions. His early years introduced him to "BOMBA" by King Africa and the Black Eyed Peas. From 2009 to 2013, he immersed himself in hip-hop and rap, inspired by artists like Wiz Khalifa, Macklemore, Lil Wayne, Drake, and Nicki Minaj, fostering his passion for songwriting.

At the debut of 2020, facing the challenges of the COVID-19 lockdown, he embraced music production using FL Studio. Guided by fellow beatmakers in Tangier, he harnessed his previous experience as a rapper and songwriter to craft compelling soundscapes, expanding his reach by producing for other artists.

By 2021, S13 achieved remarkable success in Morocco's rap scene, securing his first placement and collaborating with emerging and established artists. His music reflects a fusion of influences, from Moroccan Tarab Andalusi, Rai, and Chaabi to the rhythms of rap, jazz, and Afro music. This diverse palette allows him to create captivating, unique soundscapes.
