Saaneah is a talented entertainer…
As a student of music her mission is to reach the masses and enhance and enlighten the souls of people with lyrical eloquence and substance thus creating timeless music that is positive, true, and elevates the spirit.
Saaneah released her debut promo CD, entitled “All the Above” in 2011. She has gained dedicated listeners in several cities after her 2008 appearance on American Idol. Her time on Idol lead to many opportunities including opening for Ledisi in 2013 after winning a local musical contest.
She has graced audiences all over the country with her unique blend of R&B, jazz, funk, hip-hop, and blues.
Hailing from the north side of Nashville Tennessee, she draws from her culture to enhance her R&B powerhouse sound influenced by artist like Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Ella Fitzgerald, Mini Ripenton, Nina Simone, Chaka Khan and Donny Hathaway.
She is currently setting up a mini tour in the US to promote her new EP Release entitled “While You Wait-Reloaded” which will include her single “No Warning.” While on the road she is working on her full-length album, ”Virgo City”, to be released in 2021.
