Glaring light blinds everything. The powerful shock wave razes an entire city to the ground. A gigantic mushroom cloud hovers over the debris, like a death god admiring his accomplished work. If he would then come to the conclusion that the nuclear apocalypse still needs a suitable soundtrack, he would know exactly which band it would have to come from.

Sacrifice in Fire draw diverse inspiration from classical Heavy Metal and Thrash Metal and seamlessly craft their own melodic and epic style of Death Metal out of it. With their distinctive sound and a lot of dedication they create detailed soundscapes that are diverse and sophisticated in character. From doomsday hymns to bloodthirsty folk tales to confrontations with hell itself, the appropriate martial background is created for each of these scenes.

The lyrics deal with the darkest abysses of the human psyche, which is supposed to be a reminder that all inhuman acts are performed by people like us. The atomic bomb is a symbol that absolutely embodies this theme and is still a fatal threat, although some have lost sight of it.

However, this is not to bluntly glorify evil, but rather to raise awareness of the capacities of man. Indeed, a truly good person is the one who knows his shadow and consciously decides to act differently.
