Inspired by artists such as Erykah Badu, Nina Simone and Ms. Lauryn Hill to name a few, Sadie Walker is a soulful writer and performer who incorporates energy and emotion into her music. Her warm vocal tones thread genres of dance, electronic and soul.
In 2016 a collaboration with Ossie sparked attention with the release of “Colours”.
Followed by the success of singles “Deep Shadows” Nightmares On Wax - Shape The Future (2018) with remixes from Illa J and Moodymann and “Look Up” ft. Sadie Walker and Andrew Ashong which appears on All Back To: Nightmares on Wax (2019), Sadie accompanied Nightmares On Wax on their world tour.
One of her most recent collaborations “Show Me Some Love (feat. Sadie Walker)” by Honey Dijon and Channel Tres on Black Girl Magic (2022), working alongside Chris Penny (CPEN) and Luke Solomon.
Sadie worked alongside Nick Sheldon and Holly Quin-Ankrah, as a songwriter on Archie Hamilton's release Let The Light In (feat. HQA) (2023) on Defected records.
Daydream (2024) with Archie Hamilton shortly followed, released on Diplo's record label Higher Ground.
Her most recent single Back 2 Me (feat. Sadie Walker) (2024) features on When I Was Lost, I Found Myself by Tom Kerridge, known as Girls of the Internet released on Classic Records.
