Sagar Verma

Sagar Verma (he/they) is a Delhi/Mumbai based singer-songwriter and content creator. Active on Instagram, where he engages with his community who he calls Daisies – Sagar can often be found gracefully calling out toxic masculinity, and challenging notions around gender conformity.

Through his original songs, Sagar helps people cultivate radical compassion for themselves, and explore complex themes around mental health, self-love, romance, and even heartbreaks. Over the past few years, Sagar has fostered an online Instagram community of 12,000+ feminists, allies, and LGBTQIA+ folks.

Sagar recently made their Netflix debut with 2 songs on Mismatched S3 album and a special appearance on the show! Khaamiyan and Pyaar Hai - both of which ended up on Spotify Viral India charts at #15 and #25 within the first week.

Sagar is currently releasing a collaborative EP aasaan mohabbatein with Bombay based artist Meera. Blending Meera's hindustani classical influenced vocals with Sagar's poetic lyricism and intricate guitar work, the EP is a soulful ode to simple, everyday romance and uncomplicated love.

For their live- Sagar has already supported this country's leading singer-songwriter Anuv Jain on his Delhi/Ludhiana shows, and has headlined Tinder Queer Made Weekend in New Delhi with his band. With multiple collaborations on the way- 2025 is going to be a year full of music for Sagar!
