Säge, The 64th Wonder is a metal masked rapper, producer, visual artist, and manga creator from the south suburbs of Chicago. Known for his unique fusion of boom-bap grit, anime aesthetics, and cassette-era mystique, Säge is the architect of “.sage~wav”—a style blending lo-fi soul, dusty sample flips, ambient meditations, and coded lyricism.
Since his 2014 debut Child of the Wind Fortress, Säge has released over 45+ projects including Tha God Hour, Sagewav: Wav Alchemy 1-2, Wav Alchemy 3 ,Wonder Tapes and The Other World Raps 1-5. His work draws influence from MF DOOM, Nujabes, J Dilla, Breeze Brewin, 9th Wonder, Mach-Hommy, Tha God Fahim, and Roc Marciano.
Säge is also the creator of Slump X Land, a ManaA (Western manga) series released through his indie imprint ONSOL-GO! The project merges shōnen battle energy, cosmic folklore, and spiritual symbolism, extending his mythos into visual storytelling.
Having performed across the Midwest, East Coast & Chicago’s underground scene, Säge now focuses on world-building through studio work, manga creation, and limited drops.
