Sahara Grim holds an eclectic background spanning bossa nova, jazz, classic rock, and Indian classical music. Sahara joined minds with producer & artist <a href="spotify:artist:6MUv39LOn5bz2QW4SBKE85" data-name="Luke Temple">Luke Temple</a> (<a href="spotify:artist:6XlzzwOhKSberPLmwDEmkc" data-name="Art Feynman">Art Feynman</a>) in the creation of her debut album Fable, released in February 2025. Active in the underground LA music scene, Sahara collaborated on Fable with artists <a href="spotify:artist:6j9xL4IBj8sZNjRiQhx8oF" data-name="Nailah Hunter">Nailah Hunter</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0ssDUMMQsAhDLqKwBqEnGZ" data-name="Lionmilk">Lionmilk</a> & <a href="spotify:artist:25uIU6P4xaUb7jPwTzzjBQ" data-name="NUFFER">NUFFER</a>. Sahara’s ancestral roots in Japan and India are seamlessly interwoven within her musical path, from studying sitar at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, where she focused on world music & jazz, to performing in venues across Japan.
