Saie Saie is like a wild horse, one that can’t be tamed and choose to run her own path;
" I had a world wide record deal with a major label but no creative freedom. Everybody thought I was crazy for leaving but I knew I had a responsibility to show the world the real me and what my soul sounds like. I couldn't be a product so I left. "

A true cowgirl that have been between life and death and lays her heart and story into her music.

“My life is like a movie. Sometimes beautiful. Sometimes heart wrenching, but I make it into art! So I guess it’s all been worth it.”
She grins.

Saie Saie lived in her suitcase most of her life between Sweden, Argentina, Spain and the US. A world citizen that belongs everywhere and nowhere.

"I only make music that makes me feel and will help people forget about their problems for a couple of minutes. I believe music is meant to elevate the collective ."

Saie Saie honors the old school way of making music
"Me and my musicians rehearse for hours on end and then we go into the studio and record everything on tape. I like it more that way because you have to be an actual musician and you have to be good at your craft. I used to do electronic music and it made me depressed because I couldn't feel it"

Saie Saie's sound is both raw and real, just like her. It is a mix of Alabama Shakes, Aretha and Janis Joplin... with some funk sprinkled over it!
