Houston, TX born and raised filipino artist Saint Raphael came into his own through his passion for music, dance, and fashion. He began to really believe in himself and go to open mics all across the city selling his mixtapes and leaving personalized notes of encouragement to anyone who would buy one including Johnny Dang.
After some time, Saint released his first studio single ‘Flossin’ in 2019 which propelled him into the Houston music scene, celebrating with a pop-up in third ward at the legendary Options store. Off this momentum, he released 3 more studio singles and even a mixtape titled ‘Dreams and Desires’ which caught the attention of famed Houston rapper Sauce Walka to co-sign him over IG live. In April of 2021, he released his debut studio album ‘Space to Grow’ featuring Tobacco Ryan, BBY Kodie, and Yung Tophr and then vanished into a year hiatus to do just that, grow.
In August of 2022, Saint made his comeback with the release of ‘JUG’, grabbing the attention of many tastemakers and blogs through his new falsetto sound and infectious melodies with the music video amassing over 100k views and a rampant comment section. DJ Candlestick, of the legendary Chopstars, then remixed the track to give it that Houston stamp of approval.
Now, Saint is on a single run leading up to his project "Sometimes I Sin".
