Salaman Mvalo is a South African music producer,DJ, and song writer from a small city of East London,Eastern Cape in Ziphunzana formally known as Duncan Village. He is known for being the creater of Ziphunzana Funk which is a genre that blends the elements of house,Amapiano, and kwaito. It characterized by its upbeat tempo,heavy basslines,dark melodies and use of traditional African percussion intruments .

Mvalo has produced music for various artists and released under his record company Sala 3D unit. He also collaborated with other notable producers and DJs in the industry.
