Sallies are an Independent Alternative Sludge Gaze Rock group from NYC. Influenced by bands like The Stooges, Sex Pistols, The Saints, Dead Boys, Ramones, My Bloody Valentine, Sonic Youth, Wire, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Wipers, Germs, Nirvana, Pixies, Hot Snakes, The Kinks, ABBA, Partridge Family and many more.
The band formed in New York City around 2017 by singer songwriter /guitarist Dang Anohen, Drummer Felipe Molina, guitarist/bassist Jesse Huelbig (New Jersey). and Vocalist Liss Victory who joined the band in 2021, adding backup vox and some keys.
“More Of The Same” LP debuted in 2020.
Their latest album “ReTrauma” is slated to release in 2024.
