Sallzo started with his project in 2021. However, he is no stranger to the music industry.
As a musically gifted child, SALLZO studied piano and drums alongside music theory and electronics.
In 1989 he became a music industry professional and built his own studio where dozens of Gold and Platinum records were completed.
His own first project as composer, performer and producer was ‘Work Of Fantasy’ which he recorded between 1994 and 1996. In 1996 he was hired as Director of A&R by PolyGram (now Universal Music), where he worked for over 10 years discovering and developing hundreds of successful bands and artists. During this period, he continued to be involved in many independent projects as producer, engineer, and composer.
In 2001/2002 SALLZO was a leading figure of a big talent show and created the music for the Grand National Holiday’s Fireworks Show. This monumental work was completed in just 22 days, including compositions, production, recording, mixing and mastering!
2010 saw the publication of SALLZO ’s book ‘Murphy’s Laws in the World of Music’ an honest account of the ups and downs of life as a musician, while he worked as Art Director for a TV channel.
In 2013 he was hired by Universal Music Publishing and continued there for 5 years before deciding to make the move to relocate to the Netherlands. It was here that he rediscovered his passion for writing and producing and began working on brand new albums.
