Salsakommúnan er hljómsveit sem leikur kröftuga, dansvæna tónlist undir áhrifum frá tónlistarhefðum Suður-Ameríku. Allir textar sveitarinnar eru frumsamdir og á íslensku sem færir tónlist af þessu tagi nær íslenskum áheyrendum.
