Samkelo "Sam Ninety8" Ndlovu, is a music lover, a versatile music composer, producer and artist hailing all the way from Mandeni, a town in Ilembe District Municipality in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. The town is roughly 22 km north-east of Stanger.
