Sami Baha is a Turkish music producer whose work blends the atmospheres of electronica with a distinct, forward-thinking take on hip-hop. He gained international recognition with his 2016 debut EP Mavericks on Planet Mu, followed by the acclaimed full-length Free for All (2018), which featured collaborations with DJ Nate and Yung Lean. His sound, defined by emotional clarity and rhythmic experimentation, has been featured on platforms like Rinse FM and NTS Radio.
His third album Mistarget (2024) showcases a matured, globally informed sound—merging dreamy synths, hip-hop-adjacent beats, and post-club textures into a fluid and unpredictable sonic landscape. The album was released on Amel, a new-generation label Baha co-founded to explore a more open-ended vision of music curation. Alongside his music work, Baha has also contributed to fashion projects with H&M and Mugler, extending his aesthetic approach into fashion contexts.
