Samuel Manuelyan is a Bulgarian singer-songwriter who tells stories through music. After years of traveling and performing mostly cover songs in Bulgaria and around the world, he found the right musicians to stand beside him and began creating his own sound. His participation in The Voice of Bulgaria with an original song proved that his music could stand out and connect with audiences.
His debut single, Born in the Copper Mine, is a tribute to his hometown neighborhood and the ordinary people who live there—people whose strength and dignity deserve to be heard. The core of his project consists of Atanas Milarov on drums, Plamen Dimitrov on guitar and keyboards, George Russev on bass, and Yordan Petkov on keyboards and backing vocals. The first recording also features guest guitarist Ivan Cherry.
More than a solo act, this project brings together different musicians and guest artists, shaping an authentic and emotional sound.
