As a songwriter from Rockport, MA Sam brings grit, versatility, and a nostalgic sound that you really can’t teach. He started playing the drums at age 8 taking after his great grandfather who was a drummer in John Philip Sousa, it’s in his blood. Growing up some of his first major influences were Rob Thomas, Matt Nathanson, Eddie Vedder, Puddle of Mudd, Fuel, 3 Doors Down, Nirvana, Aerosmith, Lifehouse, switchfoot, Blink 182, Sum41, Eve 6..etc. We expect to hear a blend of different genres as he continues to grow throughout his everyday life.
