Sand & Stones

With a mix of indie, pop and folk Sand & Stones combines subtle harmonies with defined rhythmics. The songs are often built around a guitar loop creating a touch of melancholic/meditative sound and together with the arrangements you feel the warmth and depth surrounding you.

The front man is Niklas Eklund who has been releasing songs under the name Sand & Stones since 2017. Currently he is based outside Varberg, Sweden. He has collaborated with several musicians live and in the studio. In many of the songs you hear the voice of Magdalena Malm who also plays the drums on stage.

Sand & Stones creates for creation eg the flow is abundant and the songs derive from it. When we come into alignment with spirit beautiful things happen. We flow down the line effortlessly and the ego is given a space to be still. In the unknown the true you is becoming.
