Just the action of creating something and taking it down a previously unconsidered avenue can give a more focused view on things and although it can perhaps result in a heightened sense of self criticism, it does also have the ability to make you feel more fulfilled.

Releasing music is incredibly easy (and cheap) in this digital age if you're not doing it for any other reason than your own enjoyment. The pandemic seemed (is it over?) to sometimes trigger a thought or an idea that we might never had had before and to a certain extent enabled us to follow through on the idea to make it a reality, hence me releasing some of my music.

All the tracks have been made using Apple's music making app, Garageband on an iPad pro.

I have found that for me 113 BPM is a good walking speed however it is also the perfect beat to follow in the gym which is the reason I decided to start composing in the first place as I could only find a couple of tracks I liked that had the right beat. Although a noticeable beat on the newer releases might not be immediately apparent, 113bpm is still the underlying driver for much of the music.
