Sandra Melody Bio
Sandra Melody was Born in Bradford England, the youngest sibling of nine. Her parents are Jamaican and Maroon so she grew up in the culture.
She was signed to DBC label by Producer Lepke in the late 80s when she moved to London to pursue her dreams.. Lepke owned the first pirate radio station in the UK and was the brother of Rita Marley. Leaving the label she signed with Mafia & Fluxy where she got her first number 1 hit with the No Scrubs remix. She also recorded the first Cross over track for Diplo called News Flash which featured Vybz Kartel on the Ninja Tune Label. recorded singles with Columbia Records, Jetstar, Polydor then released her Independant Album Kingdom Buisness on her own label. ; My music comes from a special place within.my heart, I have to honour it and feel good about what I'm bringing to the table...
