SANJAY

SANJAY began producing music in 2016, experimenting in FL Studio by creating remixes and bootlegs for friends. Inspired by the sounds of festival EDM, he immersed himself in genres like Future Bass and Trap, teaching himself the art of crafting energetic dance records.

In 2020, he started releasing original tracks on digital platforms like Spotify, alongside unofficial remixes and bootlegs on SoundCloud. His breakthrough came in 2022 with an official remix for FuntCase, released on Circus Records and featured on UKF Dubstep. The track gained playlist support from artists such as Snails and Tisoki, and was later included in Insomniac’s Countdown NYE 2024 Playlist on Spotify.

Now, SANJAY is evolving his sound towards a more dynamic and club-driven direction—balancing stacked, distorted sound design with minimal, percussion-forward rhythms. His work reflects a fusion of past creative visions and forward-thinking club culture, always striving to push boundaries.

His SoundCloud edits have reached number one on the Hypeddit Dub Charts, earning support from notable artists like Fish56Octagon, Baauer, and Darkzy. He’s worked with Tera Kòrá on their record Brukout Riddim, featured on DJ Chuckie’s Album Bubbling Beats (Vol. 6) and is currently working on official remixes for Panjabi MC, and a collaboration set for release on Altra Moda.
