Sara Tonin is a punk band formed in 2024 by bassist and co-frontman Reece Leddy. Back in his home state of New Hampshire, Reece fronted a band throughout high school, but after heading to a college in Nashville, TN, that chapter came to an end. Still itching to get back into the punk scene, he started searching for like-minded boneheads around campus. By the end of his freshman year, he’d found them—guitarist and co-frontman Izaac Garcia and drummer Brendan Golden.
Together, Sara Tonin blends sounds from all corners of the punk scene, drawing influences from the catchy hooks of bands like Blink-182 and Green Day to the raw, aggressive energy of Black Flag and No Trigger.
